Euromos Global is a consulting firm based in Prague, focused on delivering exceptional business services to its clients. As we continue to grow and celebrate our 2nd anniversary we are looking to expand our team with a dedicated Administrative Assistant. This role is vital to maintaining the smooth operation of our office and ensuring effective communication with clients and governmental institutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Follow up on payments, invoices, and other financial documents to maintain financial health.
  • Visit governmental institutions as required for business operations and compliance.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure all resources are available for staff.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments effectively.


  • Proficiency in Czech (fluent) and good command of English or Turkish.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in an office management role or similar is preferred.
  • Comfortable with visiting governmental institutions as part of the job.
  • Communicate effectively on the phone, in face-to-face interactions, and via email.

Position Details:

  • Hours: 50 hours/month.
  • Location: Londýnská 730/59, Prague (on-site).
  • Contract: Dohoda o provedení práce (DPP) or self-employment (OSVČ) basis.
  • Salary: 200 CZK/hour, net monthly income of 10,000 CZK.
  • Schedule: Monday (13:00 – 17:00), Wednesday & Thursday (09:00 – 13:00).

We prefer to work with dohoda o provedení prace (DPP) contract (suitable also for students) or self-employed individuals (OSVČ) on a contract basis. The candidates with a valid work permit in the Czech Republic or free access to the labor market are eligible to apply. We do not provide sponsorship or relocation assistance. Please note that there is a trial period.
